About Us

Valley Plating is a family owned and operated, roughly 31,000 sq. ft., plating and anodizing business located in Rock Valley, Iowa. Brothers Mike and Steve founded Valley Plating in 2011 with the idea of helping our many local shops fill the gap and keep things in the area. We've hit the ground running with many companies giving a good word on our excellent finishing ability. We started out with our single main line running racked and barreled parts offering clear and yellow zinc in January of 2012. Since then, we've broadened our reach by offering more finishes and adding more lines for a total of 5 lines. At Valley Plating we have passion and pride for what we do and it wouldn't be possible without our fantastic customers.
